Order Processing

All of our signs are made to order and personalized specifically for each customer.

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days.
  • Processing times may increase during graduation season, holidays, or promotional events.
  • Once your order has been completed, it will be prepared for shipment.

Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States.
  • Shipping times generally range from 2–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that shipping estimates do not include production time.

Personalized Orders

Because every sign is custom-made using the information you provide, please ensure all names, schools, colleges, mascots, and other details are entered correctly before placing your order.

Road to Success is not responsible for delays or replacements resulting from incorrect personalization details submitted by the customer.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to meet all estimated delivery times, shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Once your package has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify that your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before they can be resent.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date). We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
